Picking Up Your Order

You will pick up your order at your designated pickup location on the day of delivery. In general, hosts are willing to hold on to your bag for 24 hours if you are not able to get there. However, it is up to the host to determine their flexibility.

Please contact us if you miss your pickup day to see if the host held your bag overnight. If not, it will be considered “donated” and no credit will be issued. Please see the Policies section for more information.
