Placing Your Order

Placing your weekly order is easy. Once we have confirmed your subscription start date, you will log in to your account each week and make your selections from the list of available seasonal items. The order window is noon on Thursday through 5:00 P.M. ON Saturday before your delivery. It is important that you submit your requests by 5:00 PM on Saturdays to ensure you receive what you want. If you forget to place an order by the deadline, don't worry. We will choose for you based on your previous weeks' selections.

Payment

As a member of the Eating with the Seasons CSA, you have two payment options: monthly, or annually. A 3% discount is offered to those who opt to pay for the balance of the entire 2009 season up front.

By credit card

The simplest way to pay for your CSA subscription and all of our “add-on” items is through our secure catalog in the LocalHarvest web site. As a CSA subscriber, you may charge your card each time you shop, or you can set up automatic monthly payments.

By check

If you prefer to pay by check, you will be responsible for submitting your payment according to the following schedule.

- If paying for an initial 4-week trial, payment will be due on the first day of the month of your trial.

- If paying on a monthly basis, payment is always due by the 5th of the month.

- If paying for the balance of the Full 2009 Season, payment will be due before your initial delivery.
